Vintner Dinner with Barrington’s
featuring The Spire Collection | April 25, 2019

Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend hosted a restaurant vintner dinner with special guest Todd Brentnall, CSW, WSETIII, Regional Manager with The Spire Collection, paired with cuisine from Chef Bruce Moffett and Chef Jason Newman of Barrington’s Restaurant.

The phenomenal five-course meal featured five exceptional wines by The Spire Collection including the 2016 Gran Moraine Chardonnay, 2015 Zena Crown Slope Pinot Noir, 2016 Hickinbotham Cabernet Sauvignon, 2015 Mt. Brave Merlot, and the 2015 Cardinale.
