Vintner Dinner with BLT Steak

Charlotte Wine & Food Weekend hosted a restaurant vintner dinner featuring BLT Steak and Lapostolle with special guest Charles de Bournet Marnier Lapostolle - CEO Domaines Bournet - Lapostolle. The highlight of the evening was the finale pairing of the prime strip steak, pickled mustard seed, and herb roasted radishes from BLT Steak Executive Chef Matt Slezak with the 100-Point Lapostolle Clos Apalta Red Blend.
Other wines featured included the 2018 Lapostolle le Rosé, 2016 Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Chardonnay, 2016 Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Carmenère, 2015 Lapostolle Cuvée Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2014 Lapostolle Le Petite Clos Red Blend.
