Vintner Dinner with Porcupine Provisions
featuring Denali Estate & Paradigm Winery | April 23, 2025

Charlotte Wine + Food Week presented by Truist held a vintner dinner generously hosted at the private residence of Bruce and Leslie Schlernitzauer, proprietors of Porcupine Provisions, with two boutique wineries, Denali Estate and Paradigm Winery. The dinner was led by special guests Anthony Washington, Managing Director of Denali Estate and Mary Ann Turrentine, Director of Sales & Marketing of Paradigm Winery.

Thanks to the Charlotte Wine + Food Board Member host for the evening, Jessica Murphy.

Featured wines included: Denali Katherine’s Cuvée Rosé Brut Champagne, 2017 Denali Katherine’s Cuvée Brut Champagne, 2025 Paradigm Rosé of Merlot, 2024 Denali Sonoma Stage Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2022 Paradigm Merlot, 2022 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2021 Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon.

A brief live auction was held at the end of dinner, featuring: a 1.5L Bottle of 2022 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley, CA and a 1.5L Bottle of 2022 Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon - Oakville, Napa Valley, CA. Through the generosity of our patrons, the auction raised $1,600!

All proceeds benefited Beds for Kids, Digi-Bridge, Families Forward Charlotte, and Wayfinders.
