Vintner Dinner with Porcupine Provisions

Charlotte Wine + Food week presented by Truist held a vintner dinner generously hosted at the private residence of Bruce and Leslie Schlernitzauer, proprietors of Porcupine Provisions, who also curated and cooked the evening’s menu. The dinner featured wines from Napa Valley’s Vineyard 29. The event was held outdoors on an expansive covered patio.
The special guests of the evening included Chuck and Anne McMinn, Proprietors of Vineyard 29 and Executive Chef Bruce Schlernitzauer of Procupine Provisions
Featured wines included the 2019 Vineyard 29 CRU Sauvignon Blanc, 2018 Vineyard 29 CRU Pinot Noir, 2019 Vineyard 29 '29 Estate' Sauvignon Blanc, 2018 Vineyard 29 Ceanda Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Vineyard 29 ‘Aida Estate’ Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 Vineyard 29 ‘29 Estate’ Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Vineyard 29 Late Harvest Zinfandel.
All proceeds benefited A Child’s Place, Augustine Literacy Project, GenOne, and The Learning Collaborative.
