Charlotte Wine + Food Week presented by Truist held a Champagne Brunch featuring Moët Hennessey at Chapter 6 on Saturday, April 18. Guests indulged in an array of bubbles with a one-of-a-kind food pairing amidst the aroma of freshly popped corks and caviar. Special guests, Eric Hunter, Territory Manager for North Carolina of Moët Hennessy USA and Tim Wallace, Owner of The Wine Vault in Elizabeth, took guests on a perfectly-paired journey through each pour. Our multi-course brunch spread was a culinary masterpiece, meticulously crafted this year by Chef Bernard Crate of Chapter 6.
Featured Champagnes and sparkling wines included: Chandon Spritz Orange, Chandon Rosé, Moët Imperial Rosé, Moët Imperial Brut, Moët Imperial Brut, Moët Nectar Rosé + a special taste of Dom Perignon paired with a taste of Black Crown Caviar!
